Red Light Ramen started as a way for the fine people over at Ardent to relax with friends and family at the end of the week. The simple format of one menu item (tonkotsu ramen) and boozy slushies helped Red Light quickly gain popularity and become a weekend tradition of Milwaukee's Lower Eastside. After a few years of running the pop up shop out of Ardent on weekend nights, Red Light Ramen has become a restaurant of it's own. Featuring a much larger menu but keeping the same funky vibe, Red Light Ramen is the zenith of Ramen in Milwaukee.
